Executive Chef: Rosa Soto-Rosas
Rosa Soto-Rosas, longtime restaurant veteran, who has worked for two James Beard Award winning chefs (Stephanie Izard, Duck Duck Goat & Tamara Murphy, Terra Plata) and staged for another (Rick Bayless, Topolobampo) finally has her own kitchen to call home. The former champion of Food Network’s Chopped (2015) is excited to make her mark on the Seattle dining scene by cooking from the heart and drawing influence from her heritage in Mexico. Zócalo: Cocina Mexicana is a modern Mexican restaurant with a nod to quality sourcing and elevated classic dishes.
